Mary Beth Campbell
Mary Beth Campbell started her dance career at the young age of 4 under the direction of former Rockette, Barbara Shepphard. She excelled in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, and Pointe which led her to be invited as the youngest member of the prestigious Dionne Headon Dance Company in Southern Maryland. During her college years, she continued her dance studies minoring in Dance at Virginia Commonwealth University. After graduation she began teaching tap, jazz, ballet, and pointe at the Martinique School of Dance. Her skills led her to become the Tap Director for the school. In 1992, she moved to Fort Myers, FL and continued to teach ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, and tap at Dance Theatre Academy. In 2001 she became the Assistant Director of the Kidsco Dance Competition Team where she developed the advanced level Leaps and Turns class for the team. Mary Beth has a daughter, Alexis, who is an accomplished dancer and was recently crowned Miss Teen Dance.
